SCOPE: This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to all personal data collected by okeygames ("we", "us", "our", "Company") through the okeygames website at https://okeygames.org, its associated services, and all communications between okeygames and its registered players. We collect information related to your deposits and withdrawals, including GCash account references, Maya wallet identifiers, bank account details (account name and last four digits), and transaction records. We do not store full bank account numbers or card numbers on our servers.
2.4 Gaming Activity Data. okeygames logs all gaming activity associated with your account, including games played, wagers placed, session duration, game outcomes, and bonus utilisation. This data is retained for regulatory compliance purposes and to support any disputes.

The okeygames platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and older, as required by PAGCOR. okeygames does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, we will delete such data promptly and close the associated account.
Account holders are responsible for ensuring that minors do not have access to their okeygames login credentials or their registered devices. We recommend enabling device-level parental controls on any shared device that may be accessible to individuals under 21.
okeygames reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or NPC guidance. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email and/or by a prominent notice on the okeygames platform at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.
