IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okeygames ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the gaming platform accessible at https://okeygames.org. By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game on the okeygames platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the okeygames platform.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
2.1 Age Requirement. Registration and use of the okeygames platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online casino-style gaming in the Philippines. okeygames reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the minimum age requirement is not satisfied.
2.2 Geographic Restriction. The okeygames platform is operated for players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are in breach of this Agreement and may have their accounts suspended without prior notice.
2.3 Registration Information. Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. okeygames reserves the right to verify all information provided. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one (1) active okeygames account. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same name, identity document, payment method, device, or IP address — will be closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited.
2.5 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, okeygames will require the Player to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID) and may request proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe stipulated by okeygames will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
Age Reminder: You must be 21 or older to play at okeygames. If you are under 21, please do not register. We take PAGCOR's age-gating requirements seriously and conduct regular age verification checks.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okeygames login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. okeygames will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify okeygames immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. Upon notification, okeygames will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your okeygames account, including all bets placed and all transactions initiated. okeygames will treat all activity originating from a logged-in session as authorized by the account holder.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. okeygames reserves the right to classify an account as inactive if no login activity is recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any fee.
4.1 Accepted Methods. okeygames accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time. The current list of accepted methods is displayed on the okeygames platform.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100, unless otherwise indicated for a specific payment method or promotional offer on the okeygames platform.
4.3 No Third-Party Deposits. Deposits may only be made from payment instruments registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds sourced from payment methods belonging to another individual — are prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the okeygames platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP), unless expressly stated otherwise. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the rate applicable at the time of transaction.
4.5 Deposit Limits. Players may set self-imposed deposit limits through the Account Settings section of the okeygames platform. okeygames encourages all players to make use of these tools. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
5.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals from the Real Money Balance are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and who are not subject to any pending account review, bonus wagering obligation, or PAGCOR compliance hold.
5.2 Processing Time. okeygames endeavours to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. VIP-tier Players are eligible for priority same-day processing. Processing timelines are subject to the requirements of the receiving payment institution.
5.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. okeygames operates an anti-money laundering policy requiring that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.
5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200, unless otherwise specified on the okeygames platform.
5.5 Withdrawal Fees. okeygames does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Third-party payment provider fees, where applicable, will be disclosed to the Player prior to withdrawal confirmation.
6.1 Game Fairness. All games available on the okeygames platform — whether RNG-based or live dealer — operate using systems that are independently audited for fairness. RNG games use certified Random Number Generators. Live dealer games use physical game elements (cards, wheels, dice) dealt or operated by trained dealers under studio conditions.
6.2 Malfunction. In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or disconnection during a game, the round in question shall be deemed void and any wager placed will be returned to the Player's balance. okeygames is not liable for any winnings that would have been earned on a bet affected by a technical malfunction.
6.3 Bet Limits. Each game on the okeygames platform carries defined minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are displayed within the game interface. okeygames reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time with reasonable notice.
6.4 Game History. All game outcomes are logged and retained for a minimum period consistent with PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Players may access their individual game history through the Account section of the okeygames platform.
7.1 General. okeygames offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus credits and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the relevant promotional terms. Players are advised to read these terms carefully before accepting any bonus at okeygames.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. okeygames reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it has reasonable cause to believe that a Player is exploiting promotions through irregular betting patterns, use of multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus credits that remain unused or unwagered for a period exceeding thirty (30) days from the date of issue will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's account without notice, unless the applicable promotional terms specify a different validity period.
Tip for Filipino Players: Always check the wagering requirement and game contribution rates before accepting a bonus at okeygames. Live casino baccarat and roulette games may contribute less toward wagering requirements than slot games. Full details are provided in each promotion's specific terms.
8.1 Commitment. okeygames is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming across the Philippines and operates in accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment and never a source of financial hardship or personal distress.
8.2 Player Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all okeygames account holders at no charge through the Account Settings section:
8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude may submit a request through the Account Settings page or by contacting okeygames support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, okeygames will make reasonable technical efforts to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the platform and will suppress any marketing communications to that Player.
8.4 Minor Protection. okeygames strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under 21 years of age. Account holders must ensure that their login credentials are not accessible to minors. okeygames recommends the use of parental control software on shared devices.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okeygames platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the appropriate authorities:
10.1 Ownership. All content on the okeygames platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and trade marks — is the property of okeygames or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.
10.2 Limited Licence. okeygames grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any okeygames content.
10.3 Restrictions. You must not scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the okeygames platform in an automated or systematic manner without prior written consent from okeygames.
11.1 The okeygames platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While okeygames makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and uptime, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okeygames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the okeygames platform.
11.3 okeygames' total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to okeygames in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by okeygames' gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12.1 okeygames reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email or via a prominent notice on the okeygames platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
12.2 Your continued use of the okeygames platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and withdraw any funds in your account.
13.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Regulatory Authority. okeygames operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe that okeygames has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures.
13.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and okeygames, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through okeygames' internal customer support process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules.
13.4 Jurisdiction. For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of Manila, Philippines.
